What is this?

The Returns Database stores every return request. The Returns APIReturns APIService•v1.0.0Public API customers use to start a return. Validates the request against the original order and records it. Publishesreturn-requestedSubscribesrequest-returnOwnerfulfilment-platformMapRepoView docs writes new requests, and the Returns ProcessorReturns ProcessorService•v1.0.0Applies the returns policy to new requests and tracks returned parcels until they arrive back at the warehouse. Publishesreturn-approved, return-receivedSubscribesreturn-requestedOwnerfulfilment-platformMapRepoView docs reads them and records approval and receipt.

What does it store?

• Returns — one row per return: order, customer, reason and status (requested, approved, received).
• Return items — SKUs, quantities and inspected condition.
